Sinéad Mulvey and Black Daisy – Not chosen in Thursday’s semi-final.

Speaking afterwards, Mulvey said that the members of the band were very disappointed that they did not qualify but were still happy with their performance on their night.

Twenty songs chosen from the semi-finals will now take part in Saturday night’s final, along with automatic qualifiers Russia, Spain, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

Children’s TV star is an old friend of Dustin’s and is apparently looking for a job as a backing singer when the Irish Eurovision hopeful performs in Belgrade next month.

Other guests lined up for the season finale are Rosanna Davidson and singer-songwriter Wallis Bird.
