The Munster SHC could explode this afternoon when Cork and Tipperary meet in the semi-final at Páirc Uà Chaoimh.
The Rebels haven’t been beaten on Leeside by their neighbours to the north since 1923. Gerald McCarthy’s men had their problems over the winter, but will be hoping that the weight of history will be too much to bear for the visitors.
Tipp, for their part, come into the game as league champions and are unbeaten in competitive action this year.
